What orders qualify for free shipping?

Our company offers free shipping for all orders over $250 that are delivered within the continental United States. For orders under $250, a flat rate of $7.99 will be charged for ground shipping. International shipping rates may vary depending on the destination.

Expedited 2-Day or Next-Day Shipping is available at checkout.

When do orders ship?

We aim to display accurate shipping dates on product pages. Most orders ship out the same or next business day when placed by 2:00 pm PST. We will notify you of delays or backorders.

What countries do you ship to?

We aim to ship everywhere. To be sure, create an account and input your shipping information. If your country is not listed then we cannot fulfill your order. If you still aren't sure, contact us.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. You can select a shipping method during checkout and preview shipping quotes in your cart.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax in states where we are required to: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Washington. This list is subject to change. 

If applicable, send us your tax exempt certificate so we may mark your account for exemption. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Eligibility: Unused items in original packaging.
  • Partial refunds: Items returned damaged, missing parts, or after 30 days.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping: We can provide a label via email, or customers can ship back items at their own expense using a trackable method.
  • Damaged items: If an order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number for a resolution under our guaranteed safe arrival policy.
